His exhaustive work often finds him in the company of foreign dignitaries, corporate moguls, news anchors and Hollywood glitterati, but his first love is for the FSIHL and impressing his theories of Faking Smart on the countless students that shuffle in and out of its doors.

---------When, at rare moments, Ager manages to find some free time he relishes drawn-out stare-down fights with his dachshund, Spinoza. He is also a huge admirer of nature and the outdoors, especially when viewed through a window, and he is a serious adherent of playing chess backwards when anybody has the courage to challenge him to a match.
